Schrems II in the Nordics - Follow up

With the release of both the new EU Model Clauses and the European Data Protection Board’s recommendations on measures that supplement transfer tools to ensure compliance with the EU level of protection of personal data, Nordic businesses are now starting to take concrete steps to complete data transfer assessments.

On this webinar, some multi-national companies will share insights from their work with third-country transfers in the light of the Schrems II ruling. Furthermore, we will provide an update on recent developments and explain how these have been reflected in the DLA Piper methodology for third-country transfers.
